1. Data controller

2. What data we process
- Contact form data: name, e-mail, phone and message content that you voluntarily provide to handle your enquiry.
- Technical and statistical data: anonymised IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and on-site behaviour – only via Google Analytics and only with your consent.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Handling your enquiry and communication – legal basis is pre-contractual measures or the controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Traffic measurement – legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
4. Retention period
Enquiry data is kept for as long as necessary to process it and thereafter for the period required by law. Statistics cookies have a limited lifetime (typically up to 14 months).

6. Sharing with third parties
For traffic measurement we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited). We do not share data with other third parties for marketing purposes.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access your data, rectify or erase it, restrict processing, data portability, the right to object and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (www.uoou.cz).
